Storm Mountain Center is located 20 minutes outside of Rapid City on HWY 16 with easy access to Rapid City, Hill City and area attractions such as Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Custer State Park. We offer a range of meeting and lodging spaces for groups of up to 190 with facilities and program options that are ideal for youth camps, family reunions, and church or corporate retreats.

Take a hike on trails ranging from easy to strenuous with lookouts of Spring Creek and all the beauty of the surrounding Black Hills National Forest. After your hike, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in Spring Creek and explore our 1880s gold mine or head back to camp for a game of volleyball or a quiet moment on the patio with a cup of coffee. Amenities include wi-fi, hot-tub, 24/7 coffee, and some of the best views in the Black Hills!

With access to some of the most popular mountain biking trails in the area, outdoor games, and beautiful spots to sit and unwind by the campfire, you can soak in the beauty of the Black Hills in whatever way suits you best.
