AC 2020: How the technology will work
The 27th session of the Dakotas Annual Conference, happening October 10 online, will be conducted on a Zoom business webinar platform (this is different from the Zoom system most people are familiar with). All delegates have been asked to have their own device, laptop, desktop computer, tablet, or smarth phone ready to vote.
Interaction will be limited but possible; through the platform, people will be able to indicate they want to comment, make a motion, or propose an amendment. When recognized by the Bishop to speak, they will be able to unmute their microphone to address the body.
