Faith That Saves Ephesians 2:4-7

You have been forgiven by God! On a piece of paper or on your phone or computer, jot down a list, titled “Things for which God has forgiven me.” Spend a few minutes considering both little and big things you’ve done which would’ve been given a “thumbs down” rating by God. Be sure to skip a line between items on your list.

Talk with God about each item on your list. Ask for God’s mercy and forgiveness. Ask God to release you from the pain and guilt you feel from wrongdoings.

Recognizing God’s rich mercy and the gift of life in Christ, write or draw something on the blank line between each item on your list to celebrate God’s forgiveness of your wrong. “I am forgiven!” is a great start.
