David Clark Allen, 92,  passed away January 20, 2020, in Harlingen, Texas. Clark is the father of Rev. Joel Allen, who serves the Dakotas Conference in extension ministry as a professor at Dakota Wesleyan University. 

 A funeral service was held in  memory of Clark will be held on Saturday, January 25,  at the First United Methodist Church, in Raymondville Texas.
