Nametags will serve as agenda booklet
The nametags will be a little different this year at Annual Conference. There will be five cards that will fit into a pouch attached to a lanyard. The five cards will contain the following information: card 1--name of the participant, church or organizational affiliation, card 2--a schedule for Wednesday, June 8, 2016 with details about meetings, the equipping workshops and social media, card 3--a schedule for Thursday, June 9, 2016 with details about luncheons and topics for each plenary session, card 4--a schedule for Friday, June 10, 2016 with details about luncheions and topics for each pleanary session, card 5--the schedule for Saturday, June 11, 2016 with a map of the Ramkota Inn.
The nametag will replace the 20 page agenda booklet that has been printed in the past. In addition an online schedule will be available at all times. The schedule will also be posed on posters in the hallway by registration and the east lobby of the Ramkota Inn.
