Greetings!

This past spring, we, as the Dakotas Conference Cabinet, asked you to partner with us in the annual assessment process by completing the Pastor Self-Evaluation and the S/PPRC Evaluation forms. The timing of this input was very helpful during our pastor and district superintendent one-on-one conversations in setting goals for the year ahead.  As we approach the end of 2020, we are asking for your continued partnership through the completion of the Stay/Move forms. This input will be very helpful as we begin a new appointment-making season in January.

We kindly ask all pastors and S/PPRC chairs to complete and return these forms no later than December 1, 2020. Forms can be accessed and submitted through the following links:
