Robert W. Lower, age 78, of Milbank, South Dakota,  passed away on March 27, 2021, at his residence. Bob was a staff member for the Dakotas Conference and the father-in-law to Rev. Thom Bowsher, who serves at Central United Methodist Church in Milbank, South Dakota. 

Bob and wife Ada were missionaries for the Dakotas Conference, working with Children of the Harvest. From that mission Bob and Ada started Spirit Lakes Reservation Ministry.  Bob served as the Dakotas Conference  Disaster Relief Coordinator for the Minot Area during the Souris River Flood Recovery.  Before movning to Milbank, he served as the the business manager at Calvary United Methodist Church in Fargo, North Dakota. 

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 31, at Mundwiler Funeral Home in Milbank, South Dakota,  from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 1, at Calvary United Methodist Church in Fargo, North Dakota, at 11:00 a.m.
