Virginia (Jinny) Lee Tarver, 87, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, died on May 1, 2020 at the Good Samaritan Society-Prairie Creek Retirement facility, in Sioux Falls. She is the spouse of Reverend Russell Tarver, deceased elder of the Dakotas Conference.

Together Rev. Russ and Jinny served the Dakotas Conference at: at Chester/Colton; Wesley Foundation Brookings; Vermillion; Northern District Superintendent; Huron First; co-campus minister at University of South Dakota; McCook Lake; and Sioux Falls Southern Hills.
